Can I bring a picture of a piece from the internet or magazine for you to make?
Absolutely. It will have to be modified slightly due to copyright. This also allows you to have a fully customized piece.
Can I bring a piece of costume jewelry to be made into fine jewelry?
Yes. We can make an exact replica via 3D printer. You are welcome to try the piece on before it is casted.
Do you make memorial jewelry?
Yes! It would be our pleasure to create a piece to commemorate your loved one's life.
Can I bring my own gold to go toward my new piece?
Yes! We would love to repurpose your gold.
Do you create everything in house?
Yes! Your piece will not leave the store.
What is the process for a custom piece?
We recommend visiting the store to start a custom order. We will talk specifics, sketch your design and get to work! Here is a behind the scenes look at a custom order.
How often should I get my jewelry serviced?
We recommend having the items you wear most often checked every six months.
We will check the integrity of the structure as well as for loose or cracked stones. This is a complimentary service done on the spot.

We recommend our polishing service every six months also, depending on wear. There is a small fee for this service. We do not offer on the spot polishing.
If my ring needs to be resized or retipped will it be noticeable?
Nope! Your ring will not look any different but your gem will be safe and secure once again.
Retipped and fresh Rhodium plating
What is Rhodium plating?
Rhodium is used in the finishing process for white gold. It adds an extra layer of protection and the brightest sparkle.
Do I need it?
If you notice your white gold is turning yellow, you may opt to have it re-plated.
How often should I have it done?
We recommend re-plating every six months to a year; depending on wear.
Do you replace diamonds?
Absolutely! We replace diamonds in just about anything.
